Reverend. Bill Carey
Global Principal Scholar | Rev. Carey, began independent study of Koine Greek in 1968 under native Greek instructors. In 1979, he expanded his linguistic expertise to Hebrew, starting with modern Hebrew and progressing to biblical Hebrew under Israeli instructor B.K. He later taught both languages at a Christian Bible college for several years. His theological education includes studies at two New York Bible schools and coursework in research writing and the humanities at the State University of New York. An ordained minister, former pastor, and Dean of a Bible school, Rev. Carey, authored ministerial training curricula for two Christian denominations and has published theological works, including translations from Hebrew, Greek, and Russian. His publications have been translated into Hebrew, Russian, French, and Spanish.
